Role: Supply & Logistics Coordinator

Onsite role in Pensacola, FL

JD:

The Supply & Logistics Coordinator I is an execution-focused, learning-oriented role supporting daily logistics and supply chain operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This position performs foundational logistics tasks while developing knowledge of operational processes, equipment, systems, and service standards.

The role supports operational activities across shipping and receiving, inventory management, deliveries, printing support, and customer service. Success in this position requires attention to detail, safety awareness, reliability, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate warehouse and logistics equipment safely, including pallet jacks, carts, dock equipment, and ladders
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces, vehicles, and storage areas
  • Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory and materials
  • Pick, pack, and process orders for delivery and shipping
  • Use scanning and tracking systems to maintain inventory accuracy and chain-of-custody records
  • Support local deliveries using company vehicles or carts
  • Maintain supply and copy rooms to ensure materials remain stocked and organized
  • Assist with event logistics, signage setup, and operational support activities
  • Provide professional and customer-focused support to internal stakeholders
  • Perform basic multifunction printer (MFP) support, including paper loading, toner replacement, and jam clearing
  • Support basic printing and shipping operations with troubleshooting as needed
  • Follow established procedures for inventory handling, shipping, safety, and materials security
  • Participate in training and continuous skill development
  • Perform additional operational duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver s license with the ability to operate motorized equipment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor/outdoor environments
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong customer-service skills
  • Willingness to learn logistics systems, warehouse processes, and operational tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, facilities support, or supply chain environments
  • Experience using warehouse or inventory equipment
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking, scanning devices, or shipping systems
