Job Title: eCommerce Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite MondayThursday)

Overview
We are seeking an analytical and operations-focused eCommerce Manager to lead the day-to-day management, execution, and optimization of a growing digital commerce channel. This role is responsible for site operations, product discoverability, customer experience, and platform coordination to support revenue growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on eCommerce experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners. This is a highly visible role that plays a key part in delivering a seamless and effective experience across a complex B2B product catalog and integrated commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily eCommerce site operations including merchandising updates, category management, promotions, and overall site readiness
Support B2B commerce functionality such as customer-specific pricing, account-based purchasing, and self-service tools
Improve product discoverability through taxonomy, filtering, sorting, and product recommendations
Partner with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and customer experience enhancements
Coordinate with developers, agencies, and technology vendors on platform updates, integrations, testing, and releases
Monitor and analyze key eCommerce KPIs including conversion rate, revenue, average order value, and cart abandonment
Identify opportunities to improve site performance, user experience, and operational efficiency
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for eCommerce workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, IT, operations, sales, and marketing teams
Support expansion initiatives into new markets and regions
Assist in prioritizing and executing the eCommerce development roadmap
Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective partner performance

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, or related field preferred
4+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or site operations
Experience managing day-to-day operations within an eCommerce platform
Experience working with Shopify Plus or similar platforms
Strong understanding of onsite merchandising, navigation, search/filtering, and conversion optimization
Experience managing vendor or agency relationships
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B eCommerce, distribution, manufacturing, or complex product environments
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Experience with ERP, PIM, search, and customer account tools within a connected commerce ecosystem
Experience with large product catalogs, faceted navigation, and personalization
Background working with developers or technical teams on platform enhancements
