Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (Hunter) to drive new business growth. This role is focused exclusively on winning net-new accounts by prospecting, building relationships, and closing opportunities with enterprise and mid-market organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and is motivated by the challenge and reward of opening new doors.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and industry events.
Identify and qualify opportunities across target accounts and industries.
Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and closing.
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers in new accounts.
Partner with Improving s technical and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions that align with client goals.
Consistently achieve and exceed new business acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within CRM.

Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated success in new business (hunter) sales, ideally in IT consulting, custom software development, digital services, or AI solutions.
Proven ability to open new accounts and deliver against ambitious sales goals.
Excellent prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-motivation to operate independently.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred.
