Job Title: PL/SQL Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer with strong Oracle database development and advanced PL/SQL programming skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting large-scale Oracle database applications.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c or later
- Advanced PL/SQL development
- Experience developing Packages, Procedures, Functions, and Triggers
- Strong SQL Performance Tuning and Query Optimization
- Experience with Tables, Views, Indexes, and Materialized Views
- Data Modeling and Database Design
- Root Cause Analysis and Production Support
- Git / Bitbucket
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications
- Strong technical documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle database applications
- Develop and enhance PL/SQL programs and database objects
- Optimize SQL queries and improve application performance
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Support application releases, deployments, and change management
- Collaborate with QA, Developers, Architects, Project Managers, and Business stakeholders
- Create technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and deployment plans
Additional Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to lead technical discussions and requirement-gathering sessions
- Candidates must have genuine hands-on experience and be able to explain the experience listed on their resume during interviews
