Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Engineer II to support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives by building and optimizing scalable data pipelines and data models. This role will work closely with analytics, BI, marketing, and platform teams to deliver high-quality datasets that power dashboards, reporting, and customer insights.
The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Snowflake expertise, experience integrating large datasets, and a collaborative mindset focused on data quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines from diverse data sources
- Design and optimize Snowflake schemas and dimensional data models
- Develop reliable datasets for Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting
- Partner with analytics and business teams to translate requirements into data solutions
- Ensure data quality, governance, and pipeline performance
- Support real-time and batch data processing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, and efficiency across data environments
- Support data validation, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts
Top Required Skills
- Strong SQL and hands-on Snowflake development experience
- Experience integrating large and disparate datasets
- Experience working with online/digital datasets
Preferred Skills / Nice to Have
- Experience with Python
- Familiarity with Airflow, ADF, dbt, or other orchestration tools
- Knowledge of dimensional modeling and star schema design
- Experience supporting Power BI reporting environments
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience working in cloud-based production environments
Education Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required
Certifications (If Applicable)
Relevant cloud, data engineering, or analytics certifications are a plus

- Candidate must be eligible for W-2 employment
