Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or enterprise program delivery.

• Proven, hands-on experience delivering Salesforce CPQ projects.

• Proven success delivering large-scale internal systems (Salesforce, billing, finance, or similar platforms).

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and revenue-related workflows.

• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and revenue lifecycle domains.

• Hands-on experience with Jira for roadmaps, epics, dependencies, and delivery tracking.

• Proven ability to produce executive-ready documentation and governance artifacts in Confluence.

• Experience coordinating delivery across integrated enterprise systems and API-driven architectures.

• Strong command of Agile / Hybrid delivery models in enterprise environments.

• Solid technical foundation (APIs, integrations, cloud platforms).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
