Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with strong handson expertise in SAP S/4HANA and deep exposure to manufacturing and semiconductor operations. The ideal candidate brings a blend of functional leadership, solution design capability, and the ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams in fastpaced, hightech environments.

This role requires someone who can translate complex operational requirements into scalable EWM solutions, optimize warehouse and logistics processes, and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM in S/4HANA environments.
• Develop endtoend warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, internal movements, staging, and production supply.
• Configure advanced EWM capabilities such as:
• RF framework
• Slotting & rearrangement
• Labor management
• Wave management
• Batch/serial handling

Integrate EWM with MM, PP, QM, TM,

Manufacturing & Semiconductor Expertise

• Design warehouse and logistics flows tailored to semiconductor fabs, OSAT, or hightech manufacturing.
• Support material movement processes such as:
• Cleanroom material handling
• Kanban and production staging
• Tooling and spare parts management
• Serialized component tracking
• Understand constraints unique to semiconductor supply chains (yield, lot genealogy, traceability).

Technical & HANA Skills

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA data models, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics.
• Ability to work with technical teams on enhancements, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration points.
• Support performance optimization and troubleshooting in HANAbased environments.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Lead workshops, fitgap sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Provide guidance to offshore teams and AMS partners.

Testing, Cutover & Hypercare

• Develop test scripts and lead SIT/UAT cycles.
• Support data migration activities related to warehouse structures, master data, and inventory.
• Drive cutover planning, golive readiness, and postgolive stabilization.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of handson SAP EWM experience (embedded or decentralized).
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (1809 or later preferred).
• Proven background supporting manufacturing or semiconductor operations.
• Experience integrating EWM with MM, PP, QM, and TM.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, logistics execution, and material flow.
• Ability to write functional specs and collaborate with ABAP and integration teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor fabs, hightech manufacturing, or electronics.
• Exposure to automation systems (AGVs, conveyors, robotics).
• Knowledge of MES integration (Camstar, Applied, or similar).
• SAP certifications in EWM or S/4HANA Supply Chain.
• Experience in global template rollouts or multisite deployments.
