Position Overview:
We are seeking an onsite Oracle Fusion Administrator responsible for security configuration, integrations, custom report development, and workflow configuration.
The candidate will support the availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion suite and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, test, and support Oracle Fusion applications
Manage Oracle security configuration (roles, data access, policies)
Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems
Design and maintain reports (BI Publisher, OTBI)
Configure and optimize workflow processes
Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly
Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years ERP administration experience
3+ years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation
Functional working knowledge of Oracle Fusion
Functional working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have):
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and/or EPM
Experience with business process workflows
Experience with design specs, data conversions, and data management
Familiarity with SDLC, change control, deployment methodologies
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Office365
Oracle certifications (Financials/Procurement/HCM/EPM or OCI certs)
The Ideal Candidate:
· Onsite presence is required (M–F).
· Candidate should be comfortable with both functional and technical responsibilities.
· Strong Oracle Fusion security + integration experience is critical.
