Key Responsibilities
- Process Engineering: Analyze "as-is" processes and design "to-be" workflows to improve scalability, risk mitigation, and service delivery.
- Systems Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of application architecture across .NET, SQL Server, and Teradata environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate working sessions with architects, developers, security teams, and stakeholders to resolve ambiguity and enable informed decision-making.
- Modernization & Delivery: Lead incremental legacy system transformations and oversee agile planning and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain process, system, and training documentation in strict alignment with SEM/SUITE standards.
- Compliance & Security: Support System Security Plans (SSP), NIST controls, and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, including risk remediation using POAMs.
- Coaching: Provide oversight and training to Business Analysts, QA staff, and developers.
Required Skills & Experience
- Business/Systems Analysis: 12+ years of experience as an Application and Business Process SME.
- Agile & ADO: 10+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps (Pipelines and work item tracking).
- Process Modeling: 10+ years of experience creating as-is/to-be models, workflows, and data-flow diagrams.
- Frameworks: 10+ years of experience with SEM/SUITE methodologies and IT/Product roadmap creation.
- Security & Risk: 5+ years of experience with SSP, NIST Controls, ATO processes, and POAM risk remediation.
- ITSM: 5+ years of experience with ITIL-based service management practices.
- Technical Literacy: General knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, and Teradata architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Certification: ITIL certification (or equivalent) is required.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts applied to IT delivery and application modernization.
- Leadership: Proven success in leading full-scale projects from planning through delivery.
