Summary

Shift: Sunday Thursday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer education and communication initiatives.
  • Assist with customer survey feedback and process improvement activities.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with customer service systems and Microsoft Office.
