Electrical Construction Superintendent – Water/Wastewater Projects
Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ
Our client is growing its field leadership team to support high-visibility electrical construction work tied to complex industrial and infrastructure programs in the Phoenix market. This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role where your impact will be felt every day, from jobsite planning and crew performance to safety, quality, and successful project delivery. The right person will bring strong field instincts, practical leadership, and the ability to keep demanding projects moving with confidence.
Successful candidates often come from a foreman or general foreman background and have progressed into superintendent-level leadership

Focus
· Lead on site execution for complex electrical construction across industrial and infrastructure builds
· Direct daily planning for labor, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and workface coordination
· Champion a zero incident culture through pretask planning, safety meetings, and field accountability
· Partner with project leadership to track schedule performance, resolve field issues, and keep work moving
· Oversee installation quality, inspections, testing, punch management, and turnover readiness
· Maintain accurate field reporting, manpower tracking, productivity updates, and as built documentation
· Mentor foremen and crews, reinforce high standards, and build a strong jobsite culture
· Coordinate with other trades and stakeholders to manage access, sequencing, and site logistics
Skill Set
· 8 or more years of experience in electrical construction, with strong exposure to industrial, infrastructure, or other large scale project environments
· 5 or more years of field leadership experience overseeing crews, production, and site execution
· Solid knowledge of electrical installation methods, construction sequencing, and applicable code requirements
· Proven ability to manage manpower, productivity, safety, and quality at the same time
· Strong communication skills and sound judgment in fast moving field conditions
· Experience working closely with project managers and field leaders to keep schedules, materials, and documentation aligned
· Track record of leading teams through startup, active construction, and closeout
Preferred Background
· Experience in heavy civil, utility, process, plant, water, transportation, energy, or similarly complex project settings
· Comfort working in demanding field environments with multiple stakeholders and evolving site conditions
· Experience developing frontline supervisors and building strong crew performance over time
