Integration Engineer (Middleware)Hybrid in Omaha, NEOverviewWe're seeking an Integration Engineer to design, build, and support the systems that connect applications, platforms, and services. This role focuses on APIs, middleware, and data flow-ensuring systems communicate reliably, securely, and at scale.
What You'll Do- Design, build, and maintain system integrations and APIs
- Support data exchange between internal systems and third-party platforms
- Work with middleware and messaging technologies to ensure reliable data flow
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and connectivity issues
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams
- Improve scalability, security, and monitoring of integrations
What We're Looking For- Experience as an Integration Engineer, Middleware Engineer, API Engineer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and system-to-system integrations
- Experience with middleware, message queues, or event-driven architectures
- Comfort working across multiple systems, environments, and technologies
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
