What You'll Do:

  • Develop comprehensive engineering designs and coordinate all phases of well project planning, execution, and completion to meet geological and reservoir objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and engineering standards while optimizing costs and operational efficiency.
  • Support drilling teams with technical guidance on design and operational reviews.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including subsea systems, to enhance project performance and innovation.
  • Collaborate with safety, environmental, and field teams to promote safety excellence.
  • Manage new completion and work-over projects, including post-project analysis and financial assessments.
  • Serve as a stakeholder liaison with joint venture partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance completion efficiency through technology applications.
  • Prepare detailed cost analyses and estimates to ensure project viability.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in completions with an operator or service company frac engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, presentation, and reporting.
  • Deep technical knowledge of completions design, equipment, and operations, including subsea systems.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership and collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines, adapt to evolving priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with subsea technology and innovative completion methods.
  • Additional certifications related to safety or project management.
  • Interest or background in artificial intelligence and emerging technological advances.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Prior experience in well completions, particularly in operational, technical, or project management roles.
