Job Description This role sits within an AI transformation team focused on modernizing Shared Services, including Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc., through process optimization, automation, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions. The Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, identifying opportunities for transformation and helping drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities - Partner with Shared Services stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI, automation, and process transformation.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, including AI-driven solutions.
- Drive process mapping and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with technology, data, and product teams to ensure AI-enabled solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making among stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to both business and technical teams.
- Support change management initiatives for the successful adoption of new tools and processes.
- Quickly adapt to new domains and contribute flexibly to evolving priorities.
Qualifications - 3-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role with a business focus.
- Proven track record in transformation, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong expertise in business process mapping and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in translating business needs into structured requirements and plans.
- Prior experience within financial services is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new business domains and establish credibility with stakeholders.
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000
