Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Mon & Thurs) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius).

Job Description:  GitHub Administrator will be responsible for governance, security, compliance, and automation of the GitHub Enterprise platform. Ensure DevSecOps enablement, audit readiness, and standardized CI/CD practices across the enterprise software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

10 Years of experience in Git-based version control administration

10 Years of Hands-on experience managing GitHub Enterprise (Cloud or Server) organizations

8 Years of Expertise in RBAC, SAML/SSO, and branch protection strategies

8 Years of Proficiency in GitHub Actions and YAML-based workflow automation

8 Years of Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

8 Years of Experience with audit logging, compliance reporting, and access reviews

8 Years of Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation

8 Years of Experience implementing DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines

8 Years of Experience with GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, Secret Scanning)

Preferred Skills:

4 Years of Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)

4 Years of Knowledge of policy-as-code implementations

4 Years of Ability to document governance standards and developer guides

4 Years of Experience leading technical enablement sessions
