Summary
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in digital customer experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the digital industry.
- Strong experience working with Technology, Design, Business, UX, Analytics, and Project Management teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development.
- Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and execution.
- Ability to create user stories, epics, requirements, and product documentation.
- Experience analyzing KPIs, product performance, customer behavior, and digital trends.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including leadership-level presentations.
- Experience driving digital products that improve customer experience, conversions, and revenue.
- Digital commerce / consumer-facing platform experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
