Job Summary & Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Software Engineering team responsible for bare wafer inspection software
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth
- Define the technical vision, roadmap, and execution plan
- Own the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
- Collaborate closely on building Semiconductor inspection software
- Drive software architecture and coding standards to ensure measurement accuracy, repeatability, and long-term stability
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex system-level issues spanning software, hardware, and instrumentation
- Ensure software solutions scale from engineering characterization to high-volume production test
- Promote best practices in documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional technical alignment
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor hardware-adjacent software development
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles
- Proficiency in C#
- Experience using development and CI/CD tools such as:
- Solid understanding of:
- Semiconductor tool control software
- SECS/GEM, factory automation, SEMI Standards
- Hardware-software interaction and low-level debugging
- Experience supporting manufacturing ramp-up and sustaining engineering

Compensation & Growth Base Salary Range:
$144,000.00 - $216,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
