We are looking for an experienced Lead SoC Architect to drive architecture definition and technical direction for next-generation semiconductor products.

You’ll work on advanced compute platforms including AI, GPU, multimedia, networking, RISC-V, and datacenter-class SoCs, while collaborating across hardware, software, and system engineering teams.

✅ MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• 10+ years in SoC Architecture / ASIC / Semiconductor System Design
• Strong SoC architecture & subsystem integration experience
• CPU / GPU / NPU architecture
• NoC / Interconnect architecture
• Cache coherency – CHI / ACE / CXL
• High-speed interfaces – PCIe / UCIe / Ethernet
• Memory systems – DDR5 / LPDDR5X / HBM
• Power & Performance Optimization
• RTL & Verification methodologies
• Architecture modeling & performance analysis
• HW/SW co-design and firmware interaction

• Chiplet / Multi-die architecture
