Job Title: Mid-Sr QA
Location: Remote

Must Haves:

-          Experience with Azure DevOps front end/UI testing tools (i.e. and of these following tools: Selenium Web driver, Java, Test ng, Maven etc.)

-          Experience working with Azure Test Plans

-          CI/CD environments tied to Microsoft tech stack

-          Experience testing customer/member facing portals, UI workflows, cross-browser functionality and responsive web applications

-          Experience within manual digital product QA capabilities

o   Testing web portals, member journeys, login/authentication, profile updates, forms, dashboards, etc.

o    Cross-browser testing

o    Mobile-responsive testing

o    Usability testing awareness

o    Accessibility testing (very important with healthcare/insurance/member-facing)

-          Experience with Automation QA for digital products and front end frameworks (specifically web and mobile)

-          Experience working in Agile framework/methodology

The Testing Engineer is a vital team member responsible for developing and implementing test cases, test plans, and test metrics. With expertise in Frontend member services Automation tools, this role ensures the quality and reliability of software applications by aligning deliverables with established standards and collaborating closely with project teams. The testing engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting client expectations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test cases and test plans to ensure software quality.

Lead test case reviews and collaborate with project teams to identify potential issues.

Monitor and report on test metrics and defect metrics for continuous improvement.

Align pre-implementation deliverables with established standards and quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between IT objectives, company processes, and client needs.

Actively contribute to maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of software applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Testing Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.

Proficient in developing and executing test cases and test plans. (If this is not as applicable to front end testing, disregard as this is more of a front end testing role)

Expertise in Frontend member services Automation tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively within an Agile structured team.
