Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the project manager and superintendent with day-to-day project coordination from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control to keep project information accurate and up to date.
  • Support estimating and buyout by soliciting subcontractor/supplier quotes and performing quantity takeoffs.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams to resolve issues in the field and maintain schedule.
  • Track project costs, quantities, and production, and assist with pay applications and cost reports.
  • Participate in jobsite meetings, punch lists, and turnover activities to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-4 years of construction experience preferred (internships, co-ops, or field experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and basic building systems.
  • Familiarity with construction software (project management platforms, Bluebeam, or similar) and solid Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset, with a willingness to be on site and learn from field leaders.
