Responsibilities:
- Build plans, production tooling, and manufacturing processes for components and assemblies.
- Redesign tooling to improve operators' work environments.
- Analyze layouts and production processes to improve facility layouts for product flow.
- Creating reference documents and standardized work for new or improved processes.
- Analyze quality concerns, make recommendations for improvement, and implement ideas.
- Exploring new equipment and software that can reduce scrap and downtime and recommend changes to production flow to implement recommendations.
- Monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPI's including PPM, line disruptions and days to close non-conforming material tickets (NCMT).
- Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
- Evaluate production processes to increase productivity and investigate methods to enhance the product.
- Coordinate material and tooling availability with appropriate stakeholders.

- Education: Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or related field required
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office applications, CAD
