Job Overview:
  • Enforce procurement policies and best practices across sourcing activities.
  • Conduct market analysis with strong knowledge of indirect spend categories.
  • Manage procurement category strategies and sourcing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify cost savings and process improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost optimization.
  • Lead sourcing events, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms.
  • Partner with legal teams to manage contract terms and compliance.
  • Track and manage the sourcing lifecycle from requirements to execution.
  • Develop reports to measure procurement performance and outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for procurement processes and tools.
  • Support training, communication, and adoption of procurement systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of procurement experience.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.

Experience:

  • Experience in procurement operations and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working with procurement tools and systems.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts.
  • Experience leading projects and driving cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement sourcing and negotiation activities.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts.
  • Monitor procurement performance and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and cost optimization.

Should Have:

  • Experience in the finance industry.
  • Experience with procurement and project management tools.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
