Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of technical writing experience.

  • Experience creating user manuals, technical guides, and training materials.

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, or MadCap Flare.

  • Familiarity with content management and version control tools.
