Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or FinTech. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end project delivery, and ensure successful execution of business and technology initiatives while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects across Banking, Financial Services, Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets domains.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and senior management.
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closure activities.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, governance standards, and security requirements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design discussions.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies as applicable.
- Strong experience in Financial Services, Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Insurance, or FinTech domains.
- Proven experience managing large-scale application development, digital transformation, cloud migration, or regulatory projects.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and project management best practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
