Summary

Job Requirements

Salesforce BSA with strong functional and strategic experience on Services (CX); including Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification at minimum.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience beyond traditional administrator-level work, including business analysis, solution evaluation, and delivery ownership.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience collaborating across business, product, operations, and technical teams.
  • Experience supervising testing, managing defects, and leading UAT through business sign-off.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
