Job Overview:
Pay Range: $21.86hr - $26.86hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma required; business school certification or college degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received primarily through email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Perform a variety of administrative activities in support of business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities, or for a specific project or initiative.
- Maintain departmental tracking spreadsheets, inventories, databases, and systems, including data entry, query, review, editing, and updates.
- Execute document processing activities, including document creation, formatting, routing, and archiving.
- Use various computer systems and tools to support established processes and workflows.
- Follow applicable regulations, internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support operational efficiency and timely completion of deliverables.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working within and maintaining databases is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and track timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, proactive and agile approach to supporting delivery of results.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while supporting multiple stakeholder groups.
