We are seeking a US-based AI-Assisted Full Stack Engineer with strong experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Cursor to accelerate software development while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute across the full software development lifecycle including design, development, refactoring, testing, and production hardening.
Develop and support Java and/or React-based applications and components.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
Guide engineering teams on best practices for validating and productionizing AI-generated artifacts and code outputs.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools including Claude and Cursor.
Strong Full Stack development experience with Java and/or React.
Experience in software design, refactoring, testing, and production support.
Strong understanding of secure coding practices and production-ready application development.
Ability to apply engineering judgment while using AI tools as development accelerators.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
Senior-level engineering experience with mentoring or technical leadership capabilities.
Experience delivering enterprise-grade applications in Agile environments.
