Power BI Developer - Paginated Reports

Job Summary We are seeking a Power BI Developer with a strong background in SQL and data warehousing to support enterprise-level reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will design and develop dashboards, paginated reports, and ad-hoc queries while collaborating closely with business users to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Design and develop reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries using Power BI Build and maintain paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions Perform data modeling using Power Query and Power Pivot Develop and optimize DAX queries for performance and accuracy Query and manage data in SQL Server or other relational databases Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate data solutions Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting systems 5+ years of experience in relational and multi-dimensional (OLAP) data modeling Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboards and paginated reports Proficiency in data modeling using Power Query and Power Pivot Strong experience with DAX development and optimization Advanced SQL skills with experience in SQL Server or similar relational databases Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models Knowledge of financial domains such as fixed income, equities, and derivatives Ability to analyze user requirements and implement effective solutions Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Data Flows in Power BI Familiarity with Power BI Report Server (PBRS) Experience with Power On Experience working with Snowflake data warehouse Experience managing end-to-end project delivery and lifecycle processes Education: Bachelors Degree
