Summary
We are looking for a Manual Tester to join our QA team. The candidate will be responsible for testing web and/or mobile applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring the product works as expected before release.
Responsibilities
- Review requirements and understand application functionality
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects
- Work closely with developers and business teams to resolve issues
- Validate bug fixes and support release testing
- Maintain testing documents and reports
Required Skills
- Experience in Manual Testing
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of functional and regression testing
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience testing web or mobile applications
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
