Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Lead to drive Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) implementation, support, and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, financial consolidation processes, automation, integrations, and financial reporting. Candidates local to or willing to work from Stamford, CT are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FCCS implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain Oracle FCCS applications, including:
  • Consolidation Rules
  • Intercompany Eliminations
  • Ownership Management
  • Currency Translation
  • Journals
  • Allocations
• Design, develop, and maintain financial close processes and workflow automation.
• Build and support integrations between Oracle FCCS, General Ledger (GL), and other Oracle EPM modules.
• Develop and maintain Financial Reports, Smart View templates, and executive dashboards.
• Provide production support during Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End financial close cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FCCS data, metadata, consolidations, calculations, and reporting.
• Perform metadata management using Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Data Management, and Data Integration.
• Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and automation using Groovy Rules and EPM Automate.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service).
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Experience configuring consolidation rules, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, journals, allocations, and currency translation.
• Strong understanding of Financial Close and Consolidation processes.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Data Integration and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Hands-on experience developing Groovy Rules and EPM Automate scripts.
• Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with Finance and Accounting business users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Prior experience leading Oracle FCCS implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Location Preference

• Local candidates to Stamford, CT are highly preferred.
