Summary
Position: L2 iManage Support Engineer – Legal DMS
Location: Remote
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced L2 iManage Support Engineer to support and administer our Legal Document Management System built on iManage Work 10+ (server and cloud environments). This role is responsible for providing Level 2 technical support, resolving complex system issues, managing integrations, and ensuring security and performance of the iManage platform across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting enterprise iManage environments, working with APIs, handling large matter file exports, and resolving security-related issues. The iManage Certified System Engineer (ICSE) certification is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for iManage Work 10+ (on-premises and cloud deployments)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex user and system-level issues
- Support server-side components, services, and integrations
- Administer user accounts, workspaces, matters, and security permissions
- Perform large matter file extracts for litigation support, regulatory, and client requirements
- Utilize and support iManage APIs for automation, integrations, and data operations
- Diagnose and repair security issues, permission conflicts, and ethical wall configurations
- Support Microsoft Office and Outlook integrations with iManage
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Assist with upgrades, patches, migrations, and platform enhancements
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting iManage Work 10+
- Strong knowledge of:
- iManage workspace and document security models
- Server-based and cloud deployments
- API utilization and system integrations
- Windows Server environments
- Experience performing large data/matter exports and metadata management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder support abilities
