We are looking for a highly skilled engineer to join our team as a full time Forward Deployed Engineer. This role is critical to our mission of delivering innovative tech solutions to our clientele. As a part of our team, you will be at the forefront of our operations, working directly with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about AI, technology, and customer solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary technical point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality, tailored solutions.
2. Work closely with our internal teams to translate customer requirements into functional product features.
3. Leverage your expertise in AI and technology to create innovative solutions that address client needs.
4. Stay abreast of the latest developments in the tech industry and legal regulations to ensure our solutions are compliant and cutting-edge.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients.
6. Provide technical training and support to clients, helping them understand and utilize our solutions effectively.
7. Collaborate with our sales team to identify new tech solutions.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, within the tech industry.
3. Proven experience in customer solutions, AI, and technology.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
6. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. A deep understanding of the latest developments in the tech industry.
8. Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet customer needs.
9. Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
10. Willingness to travel locally as required to meet with clients and understand their needs.
