Role Overview

The Principal Consultant / Engagement Lead will manage the overall execution and client engagement for the Azure remediation program. This role will ensure successful delivery by coordinating engineering teams, managing risks, and maintaining alignment with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary engagement lead and delivery owner for the initiative.
Coordinate execution across architecture, engineering, and project management teams.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and escalation paths.
Ensure alignment with delivery guidelines and compliance requirements.
Oversee remediation progress across Azure environments.
Provide regular reporting and executive updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate customer workshops and technical review sessions.
Ensure migration and decommissioning milestones are achieved.
Validate that remediation activities meet governance and security standards.
Maintain oversight of engineering workstreams and technical deliverables.
Facilitate communication between US and India delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in technology consulting or cloud program delivery
Experience managing large cloud transformation or remediation programs
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platforms and governance models
Experience working with enterprise financial services clients preferred
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to manage cross-regional delivery teams
Experience with cloud migration, consolidation, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
