Job Description
We are seeking an Angular + Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and databases and a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable end-to-end web applications aligned with business goals.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite (mandatory per GHR).
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications with Angular front ends and Java back-end services.
- Build modern, component-based UIs using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and SCSS with focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Develop secure APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and REST with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components and optimize system performance.
- Contribute across the SDLC including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, groom technical requirements, and perform code reviews.
- Diagnose issues, debug production problems, and support on-call rotation as needed.
- Write automated unit tests, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, QA, and front-end teams consuming the APIs.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, adopt emerging technologies, and ensure compliance with enterprise and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Angular (AngularJS and modern Angular), TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), schema design, performance optimization, and complex queries.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated testing frameworks.
- Troubleshooting and performance tuning skills for scalable and secure applications.
- Familiarity with Jira for work tracking and Agile collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot depth, microservices patterns, and API security best practices.
- Cloud experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization with Docker and orchestration.
- DevOps tooling, monitoring, and logging integration.
- UI/UX principles, accessibility, and performance optimization.
