Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Health & Welfare benefits implementation and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, business analysis, testing, and client implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This role involves analyzing business requirements, supporting platform migrations, coordinating testing activities, and driving continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions that support Health & Welfare benefits administration. Support implementation and migration projects for new clients and existing platform enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align, plan, and implement new product capabilities. Execute and support key implementation activities, including data conversion and data loading. Participate in validation and testing activities to ensure solutions meet business and client requirements. Partner with business stakeholders to define configurable solutions that support business and administrative requirements. Perform root cause analysis to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Document business requirements and collaborate with technology teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Develop training materials, user guides, and reference documentation. Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout implementation activities. Conduct business analysis, document findings, and recommend process improvements. Support testing activities, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT). Develop test cases, prepare test data, and execute functional testing activities. Monitor testing progress, manage defects, and coordinate issue resolution with project teams. Facilitate daily testing status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Troubleshoot testing and environment issues and escalate when appropriate. Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, implementation methodologies, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience supporting Health & Welfare benefits administration or related business operations. 3+ years of experience in software testing, business analysis, or implementation support. Experience supporting client implementations and/or platform migration projects. Knowledge of Health & Welfare benefits administration systems. Understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements related to benefits administration. Experience documenting business requirements and performing business analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile software development environments. Experience leading or coordinating testing activities for enterprise implementations. Experience with Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT). Experience with test planning, test case development, defect management, and test execution. Experience with data conversion, data validation, and migration activities. Experience creating training materials and end-user documentation. Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams. Education: Bachelors Degree
