Short description of the Position: This project involves the upgrading and combining of various aging systems into one comprehensive Homeless Information Management System (HMIS). In this role, they will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing our organization’s databases to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and data integrity. They will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and IT teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives. Generate and distribute standard & complex reports and dashboards. Maintain detailed logs of data management activities and issues.

"The candidate of this position will be responsible for, but not limited to:
· Participate in meetings to understand data needs and communicate updates on data status.
· Maintain detailed logs of data management activities and issues.
· Stay updated on company data policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
· Learn new data management tools and technologies as required.
· Complete all assigned tasks.
· Assist in documenting data sources, definitions, and lineage (data dictionaries, metadata).
· Execute complex queries (using SQL or similar) to extract data for reports or analysis as requested.
