- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of mechanical and/or electrical experience
- Experience with commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment preferred
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows systems
What We're Looking For:
A reliable, customer-focused technician with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen and food equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and document service activities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Deliver a high-quality customer service experience
- Manage company-provided vehicle, tools, and inventory
- Support after-hours, weekend, and on-call service needs
