Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Business Analyst for an opportunity with a large organization in downtown Kansas City, MO.

Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with business partners across multiple functions to support two critical, manual, and complex migrations for the Private Banking line of business, involving detailed data mapping, interface updates, and legal/compliance reviews. The position requires gathering, analyzing, designing, and documenting business requirements for projects of moderate to high complexity, as well as defining and recommending system modifications and enhancements based on user needs and a strong understanding of business systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
* Collect, analyze, design and document business and functional requirements of moderate to high complexity, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes, utilizing Agile methodology processes and techniques
* Formulate and define systems modifications and enhancements based on both user needs and broad knowledge/understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
* Manage application testing; develop test plans, test scripts and complete acceptance testing for projects of varying degrees of complexity and system upgrades
* Coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors/IT partners as part of the project implementation
* Create and manage implementation plan for production roll out of new products or processes
* Develop, document and enhance system processes, as appropriate
* Create and update training and administration documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required
* 6+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role required
* Experience with software testing required
* Strong customer-service and relationship building skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Effective ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
* Ability to communicate in user-friendly language to both technical and non-technical end-users
* Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
* Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
* Intermediate knowledge of the software development life cycle preferred
* Intermediate knowledge of wealth management or banking systems preferred
* Experience with Agile methodology preferred
* Experience with large scale projects preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
