  • Monitor, optimize, and report on cloud resource consumption, capacity planning, licensing, and cost efficiency, identifying opportunities for savings and performance gains.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to service delivery velocity, reliability, security compliance, uptime, and business value delivered.
  • Lead initiatives to modernize cloud delivery, such as enhancing automation, adopting container/orchestration strategies, improving observability, and advancing cloud-native practices.
  • Collaborate with Security and Risk teams to implement controls, vulnerability management, audits, and adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR, industry-specific requirements).
  • Mentor and coach team members; facilitate technical reviews, knowledge sharing, and skill development in multi-cloud delivery.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for cloud provider issues, manage relationships with Microsoft, Google, and Oracle support/partners, and contribute to cloud strategy discussions.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on cloud service health, delivery performance, risks, and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
