Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a Portal / Application Configuration Specialist responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining enterprise portal platforms and application workflows.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in portal setup, user role configuration, workflow automation, and system integration to support business processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage enterprise portal platforms.
Set up user roles, permissions, and access controls.
Design and implement workflows based on business requirements.
Configure forms, dashboards, notifications, and reports.
Manage application configuration settings without heavy custom coding.
Integrate portal with other enterprise systems (HRMS, CRM, ERP).
Support UAT and production deployments.
Troubleshoot configuration issues.
Maintain documentation for workflows and configurations.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
