Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced LiveVox / NICE Contact Center Developer to design, develop, and support contact center solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with LiveVox and NICE InContact platforms, including scripting, dialer configuration, and contact center integrations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient contact center workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement contact center solutions using LiveVox and NICE InContact platforms.

Design and optimize NICE Studio scripts and workflows for omni-channel contact center operations.

Configure and manage LiveVox dialer and NICE Personal Contact Dialer functionalities.

Integrate contact center platforms with AWS services, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems.

Work with API integrations and messaging systems such as Kafka.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.

Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for continuous deployment and system enhancements.

Troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and maintain documentation for technical processes.
Qualifications
-
10-15 years of experience in LiveVox or NICE InContact development.

Strong hands-on experience in NICE InContact Studio scripting (Omni-channel).

Experience with NICE Personal Contact Dialer, NICE IEX, and LiveVox dialer configuration.

Knowledge of AWS cloud services and enterprise system integrations.

Experience with monitoring, integration, and data platforms such as ELK and Snowflake.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
