Working Lead – Pre-Delivery Center (PDC)
Location: Murrysville/Export, PA (100% Onsite)

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of technical/customer service experience with 2+ years of team leadership.
- Experience with medical devices, hardware deployment, device configuration, field service, manufacturing, or quality control.
- Hands-on experience with software loading, device setup, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ServiceMax (preferred), work order management, and documentation processes.
- Basic networking knowledge (wireless, routing, switching, servers).
- Experience working in regulated environments (FDA/ISO) is a plus.

Core Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on device staging, software installation, configuration, testing, validation, and shipment preparation.
- Lead daily PDC operations, assign workloads, monitor productivity, and handle escalations.
- Ensure quality compliance, conduct audits, track KPIs, and support corrective actions.
- Train technicians, maintain documentation, and act as the primary onsite contact for the client.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and support business reviews.

- Local to Murrysville, PA or willing to relocate.
- Mandatory 3-week paid training in Cleveland, OH (travel and lodging covered).
- Monday-Friday, onsite role.
- Opportunity to support future deployment/installations when required.
