Job Title: Enterprise Architect (Application Portfolio Management / APM)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Application Portfolio Management (APM) to drive IT strategy, optimize application landscapes, and align technology solutions with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and proven experience in rationalizing, modernizing, and governing application portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead Application Portfolio Management (APM) initiatives including:
  • application assessment
  • rationalization
  • lifecycle management
• Evaluate existing applications and recommend:
  • modernization
  • consolidation
  • retirement strategies
• Develop architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and governance models
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to ensure alignment of technology with organizational objectives
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, policies, and best practices
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and support innovation through emerging technologies
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments for application investments
• Provide guidance on cloud adoption, integration strategies, and system scalability
• Monitor and improve application performance, security, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM)
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as:
  • TOGAF
  • Zachman
• Experience in:
  • application lifecycle management
  • modernization
  • rationalization
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as:
  • Azure
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud Platform
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred / Required Certifications

• SPM / APM Certification preferred
• TOGAF certification is a plus
