Seeking to hire a Project Manager to support the rollout of a global IT Service Management (ITSM) platform across multiple regions, including North America, Japan, South America, AO, and Europe. This role will drive day to day program execution, cross regional alignment, and delivery of all program milestones.
PROJECT: The global rollout of ServiceNow to all regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Program & Project Management
Own and maintain the global project plan, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Lead end to end execution across regions and workstreams.
Prepare and distribute program documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
Global Coordination & Communication
Facilitate and lead cross regional meetings across time zones, including early-morning and late-night sessions.
Coordinate translation or interpretation support as needed.
Serve as a central communication point for global teams and leadership.
Governance, Risk & Issue Management
Track and manage action items, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID).
Escalate blockers promptly and ensure adherence to governance practices.
Support cross regional alignment on risks, dependencies, and prioritization.
Executive Readiness & Reporting
Prepare evaluation materials, decision decks, and executive summaries for approval cycles.
Host monthly Executive Status & Awareness Meetings.
Synthesize complex program details into concise executive ready messaging.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with IT leadership, technical leads, regional operations teams, and business owners.
Ensure alignment on requirements, impacts, and rollout readiness across all regions.
Support ongoing collaboration across diverse, multicultural teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must be able to work early mornings/late evenings meetings with global teams, and may involve coordinating real time translation support.
5+ years of project/program management in global IT or enterprise platform implementations.
Familiarity with ServiceNow required, ideally ITSM or related workflows.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project).
Strong experience coordinating across multiple regions and time zones.
Ability to navigate language and cultural barriers; familiarity with real time translation support is a plus.
Exceptional organization, communication, and executive level presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ITSM/ITIL-aligned processes preferred.
PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
Experience with global IT operations transformation.
Experience working with Japan/AO teams and comfort with regional cultural norms.
