Key Requirements:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) expertise and strong Python Experience. In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain robust integration pipelines that connect our core Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM ecosystems with third-party platforms, custom applications, and next-generation AI automation services.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between heavy enterprise middleware and agile scripting, leveraging Python to extend OIC capabilities, automate data workflows, and build high-performance data processing pipelines.
Integration Development:
Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise systems.

Python Backend Scripting:
Build robust Python applications, microservices, and scripts to handle complex payload transformations, custom data validation, API orchestrations, and automated operational tasks.

API Management: Develop and maintain secure RESTful and SOAP APIs using OIC adapters, ensuring seamless data flows across HR, Finance, and third-party vendor platforms.

Workflow Optimization: Identify integration bottlenecks and optimize message processing, orchestration architectures, and database queries for maximum throughput and reliability.

Monitoring & Support: Set up end-to-end error handling, monitoring dashboards, and alerting mechanisms within OIC and custom Python scripts to guarantee high system availability.

Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with cross-functional technical teams, business analysts, and QA teams to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and mentor junior developers.

Experience: 4 7 years of enterprise software integration experience, with a minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience working with both Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Python.

Oracle Technical Stack: Deep hands-on knowledge of OIC Components (Integrations, Process Automation, Visual Builder), FBDI/HDL patterns, BI Publisher reports, and core adapters (Oracle ERP, HCM, Database, FTP, and REST/SOAP).

Python Expertise: Professional proficiency in Python programming, including experience with data parsing/manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, JSON, XML) and backend API frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).

Databases: Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, with experience managing structured and semi-structured data stores.

DevOps & Cloud Ecosystems: Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts, Git version control, and cloud-native architecture.

Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) or AWS is highly desirable.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to translate complex business needs into clean, scalable technical solutions.
