Summary

Role Purpose:
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, modular, and secure AI agent solutions (including GenAI and Copilot agents) that align with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
·               Lead feasibility assessments for AI/GenAI use cases across business units and clients.
·               Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring modularity, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
·               Evaluate platform constraints, integration risks, and guide teams on responsible AI practices (e.g., bias mitigation, explainability).
·               Establish and enforce best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, performance monitoring, and responsible AI usage.
·               Align AI agent strategy with the organization’s technology roadmap.
·               Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality and compliance.

Experience Level:
·               10+ years in IT solution architecture, with at least 3–5 years in AI/ML or GenAI projects.
·               Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
·               Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), APIs, and security best practices.
·               Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code/AI agent platforms is highly desirable.
