This person will be a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator. This role will work closely with the IT Infrastructure team, supporting the Infrastructure Project Manager and Lead Technician. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating site readiness, managing rollout activities, and ensuring alignment across technical and operational teams.
Project Coordination & Execution:
Support day-to-day coordination of the project across multiple sites and teams
Track and manage cross-functional project tasks to ensure timely execution
Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and rollout plans
Coordinate activities between infrastructure, software platform, and server teams
Site Readiness & Planning
Drive the collection, consolidation, and validation of printer survey data across locations
Assess site readiness and coordinate scheduling with project leadership
Develop detailed site runbooks, documenting current-state environments and rollout requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize site-specific configurations and deployment plans
Deployment & Post-Rollout Activities
Assist in coordinating rollout execution and onsite/remote deployment support
Provide post-rollout reporting, including outcomes, issues, and follow-up actions
Maintain accurate systems data reflecting updated printer environments
Qualifications:
1-5+ years of experience in a project coordination, IT operations, or infrastructure support role
Experience working on multi-site or enterprise technology rollouts
Strong organizational, multitasking, and data management skills
Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
