We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an agile software delivery team by improving execution, delivery predictability, and team effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a strong Agile practitioner who can independently facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating across product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify, remove, and escalate blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
Coach Scrum teams, product partners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Improve sprint planning, estimation, delivery predictability, and team accountability.
Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives and follow-through.
Promote transparency around delivery status, risks, scope, and capacity.
Partner with engineering and product leadership to improve team health and Agile maturity.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software delivery teams.
Mandatory experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience improving team execution, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.
Ability to identify blockers, manage dependencies, and resolve issues with minimal oversight.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical fluency to collaborate with engineering teams.
Experience using Agile metrics, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Experience coordinating across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Experience supporting multiple Agile teams and scaling Agile practices.
Familiarity with cloud or platform delivery concepts.
