Business Analyst (P&C)

Role: Business Analyst (Insurance)

Location: NJ

We are looking for 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst with P and C Insurance, Underwriting, Reinsurance Domain experience.

Technical Skills:

• 10 + years of Experience as Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding in Reinsurance and Underwriting skills
• Knowledge of P and C Insurance and Snowflake SQL knowledge in writing queries for data extraction
• Understanding of claims systems /process is not mandatory but would be preferable.
• Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill.
• Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies.
• Strong in written and verbal communication.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for business.
• Should have experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve system issues or process gaps affecting reinsurance operations
• Support accurate financial accounting and reporting for ceded reinsurance
• Reconcile accounts with reinsurance partner ensuring accuracy in premiums and recoveries
• Business Analyst /Data Analyst need to create source to target mapping
• Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.

Qualification:

• Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech, MBA or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
