Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven professional with strong technical and communication skills to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will work on both development and production support activities, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Python, Shell scripting, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Provide production support for critical systems, ensuring high availability and quick resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with Business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively and lead coordination between onshore and offshore teams.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and implement efficient solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards in development and support activities.
  

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

Soft Skills:

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong team player with leadership capabilities.
  

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work on production support in addition to development tasks.
• Ability to manage and lead coordination between multiple teams across geographies.
